Please Note: The reminder time is for IP Dosing. This notification reminder cannot be changed if the participant is not in a phase that requires IP dosing (e.g. a questionnaire only screening period). Alarms for other functions such as visits or ePRO, cannot be changed.
Q: How can my participant change the dosing reminder time?
A: The participant can change the dosing reminder time via their app. Please follow the steps below:
- From the Patient Connect app home screen, tap on SUPPORT on the lower righthand corner of the screen
- This takes you to the list of various support options. Tap on CHANGE REMINDERS
- It will display the current reminder time. Tap on the time to modify it
- Adjust the time in the window that appears and tap CONFIRM to apply the change
- Close and reopen the app to reflect the changes
The Site Coordinator dashboard may take about 24 hours to reflect the new reminder time. Once it does, you will see it on the "Summary" tab as shown below:
