How long does it take for a change on the Site Coordinator Dashboard to reflect on the Sponsor Dashboard?

Unlike the Site Coordinator dashboard which updates in real time, the sponsor dashboard updates 4 times a day:

  • 3:00 AM UTC (10:00 PM EST)
  • 9:00 AM UTC (4:00 AM EST)
  • 3:00 PM UTC (10:00 AM EST)
  • 9:00 PM UTC (4:00 PM EST)

If a change was made on the site coordinator dashboard (i.e. a subject was registered, randomized, deactivated, dosed, etc.) and it has not yet appeared on the sponsor dashboard, we advise waiting at least 24 hours. If the change still does not appear, you can reach out to our AiCure support for assistance.
