Known Incompatible Device Models for Patient Connect

Patient Connect App

Non Compatible:

  1. iPhone 5SE (iPhone 5SE was released in 2016) and any models prior to it
    • Reason: Not supported as software updates are obsolete for these models
  2. Anything running the Android Go Edition OS (any version), which is specially created for phones with less than 2GB of RAM
  3. All tablet
    • Reason: AiCure Patient Connect application is not validated/tested for tablets.
  4. Samsung Note9, Moto G models, and Nokia G300
    • Reason: Camera issues. Device freezing and or camera displaying a white screen.
  5. Samsung Galaxy S21,
    • Reason: Camera issues were reported freezing the application.
  6. Samsung Galaxy A12 to 21Series and A36
    • Reason: Lower quality camera
  7. Motorola Edge 2024
    • Reason: Camera issues. Device freezing and or camera displaying a white screen.
  8. T-Mobile REVVL 7 Pro 5G
    • Reason: Camera issues. Device freezing and or camera displaying a white screen.
