Q: My site would like to request a resupply/exchange/return for devices or supplies. How would we do this?
A: Please reach out to our support team so we may process your request.
- Create a Supply ticket using one of the following methods
- Email supply@aicure.com
- Complete our online form, using “Supply Request” as the ticket type
- Include all pertinent information such as:
- Trial ID
- Site ID
- Site Address
- If you are requesting a Resupply, Exchange, or Return be sure to provide the following details:
- If a Resupply, please note the quantity of each device/item you need
- If a Device Exchange, please specify the Device ID (5/6 digit number located on the rear) and the reason for the exchange (e.g. damaged, power issue, etc)
- If a Return, please specify the Device IDs (if applicable), any accessories, and quantity of each item
