Issue: We are aware of an issue present on the Sponsor Dashboard when attempting to export CSV and Excel reports.
Currently, when clicking on either "Export to CSV" or "Export to Excel", the popups "Working on your [EXCEL/CSV] file" and "Your [EXCEL/CSV] is ready." appear, but it does not initiate the download.
We are currently investigating this issue to resolve it as soon as possible. Please check back here for updates.
