Alert: Sponsor Dashboard Report Export Issue

Issue: We are aware of an issue present on the Sponsor Dashboard when attempting to export CSV and Excel reports. Currently, when clicking on either "Export to CSV" or "Export to Excel", the popups "Working on your [EXCEL/CSV] file" and "Your [EXCEL/CSV] is ready." appear, but it does not initiate the download.
