AiCure welcome emails expire 72 hours after they are sent. If you attempt to use the link after it expires, you would see the screen below and will need to request a new one.
To request a new one, navigate to login.aicure.com and click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
If your account has not yet been activated, a new Welcome email will be sent to you with the subject line "Welcome to AiCure" from notify@aicure.com
Please note that this link expires after 72 hours.
If you already activated your account in the past, the "Forgot Password?" link will send you an email to reset your password instead.
Please note that this link expires after 10 minutes
If you are having trouble receiving your email please be sure to check your inbox, spam and junk folders. You may also need to check with your internal IT department to see if the email is being blocked by requesting for them to check for emails with the subject line "Welcome to AiCure" from notify@aicure.com.
If you are still unable to receive the email or are having trouble activating the account you can reach out to our support team using the steps below:
- Use the Submit Request button on the homepage of support.aicure.com or email support@aicure.com with the following information:
- Subject: Resend Welcome Email
- Trial Name
- Site ID
- When your request is completed by one of our agents, you will receive the following email. The password link will remain active for 72 hours.
